    No Auto Sleep?

    My iMac 15" LCD (Dome) with 768MB, 60MB HD OSX 10.4.6 seems to have lost it's ability to go to sleep automatically. I have reset the settings in the control panel to defaults and then set my settings but it still doesn't sleep on the set time. I can put it to sleep manually and all is fine...

    What is the best (cheapest) device to use to get video into my Mac G4/Dual 1.0Ghz MDD? I want to get all my old VCR tapes onto DVD before they are no good anymore. I have seen some USB/Firewire devices but compatability worries me. Does OS X have software that will see the device? :confused:
