Here's what I did on my intel iMAC running OX X 10.4.8 with Safari 2.0.4 ... Went to Keychain Access (applications>utilites). Under KEYCHAINS (upper left), highlighted/selected X509Anchors. There were NO anchors listed on right. Performed ARCHIVE & INSTALL of system software. All is okay now.
