The problem is there is no message on the screen, as I mentioned, only a blanck white screen. Concerning the sound, it's normal and no unusual tone.

Dear reader; My laptop displays white screen as soon as it turns on. It behaves normally as it sounds but on the screen, there is only a white and blank. Can someone help me out to solve this issue? Thank you for your precious help.
