Ok all sorted now! Booted into Single user mode and ran the /sbin/fsck -fy command which sorted all my problems Cheers

Hi, When my mac booted up this morning the login window appeared which is strange cos it always auto logs on. Then once i was finally in all my desktop icons, except my HD, were all invisable. When i clicked on them they just disappeared. The same thing happened with some of my apps in the apps...
