Deltamac The driver says that its for PowerPC Macs with OS X (v10.1.5 - 10.2.6) Wheeras the machine has 10.3.9 Are you absolutely sure it is the correct driver, as I do not want to make it worse fo0r thsi person.

first response is Yes, version 3.10 claims to be the correct driver. No, it doesn't work.

Thankyou for such a quick response. As I am third party on this I will need to go back and feedback. From what you say, is the Epson EasyPrint v3.10 driver the correct driver to install? That may be a possible reason if she is not downloading the correct driver.
