As some extensions or HTML formatted documents have them, they are blocked as they come in or sent to our quarantine for checking and then released. We have a very reliable virus protection system in place and this is just one of our precautions.

I work at a Firm and ran into a possible issue I was hoping someone could help with. We have a partner that sent a Word X document to us from home and it was stopped at our Viruswall because our Virus scanning software detected multimedia extensions in it. It in fact does NOT have any viruses...
