Unfortunately when I plug everything together nothing happens. I thought there might be an icon I could use, but there is none. Do you know any software that could help me?

Hi! I have an iBook with OSX 10.3.3 and a Siemens CL75 cellular phone. To connect both I got an USB-cabel DCA-540. Now I am looking for software to make this work. Does anybody know where to find this or does anybody have any experience with this combination? I would be thankful for any help!
