The Liquid and Liquid Metal are themes (for use with OS 8.5+), not schemes (Kal). If you want to use them, you have to put them in the Theme Files folder of the Appearance folder inside your System Folder. Phew... that\\\'s too many folders! Put it here: <name of your hard drive>/System...
