Hi, my name is Jamie and I work on a Mac. Something happened to my "System Preference" icon in my dock. I bumped my mouse and it jumped to the desktop and now has a circle/line thru it. I can't get my apps. I tied to open Excel and it pops a ? on top of it's icon...HELP??? Thanks in advance...
