    I personally believe the issue is the upgrade from freehand 9.0 to mx. Prior to that I was able to work with embedded tifs in freehand. (for a few years at least). Like I had said, I have 100 or so files that I cannot open now. Before I upgraded my computer I was able to open those files...

    Freehand 9 file with embedded tiff file crashes the program when I try to open it in Freehand 10.

    I also have been having the same issue, but it is only when I print with registration turned on.
