Safari can’t open the page “http://127.0.0.1/” because Safari can’t connect to the server “127.0.0.1”. Same for local

apache is started and localhost still wont work, so i found that line of command on this forum and tried it but nothing is working for me...

setting up localhost, it worked before but now it wont on any browser, page cant be displayed
