I've got my date settings in Tiger set to United Kingdom format but when I'm in Safari using date forms it refers to month/day/year and not day/month/year. I had this problem in 10.3 but resolved it by customising the settings. Trying this in 10.4 has no affect. Can anyone help?

I've got my date and format settings set to United Kingdom in my system prefs (in Tiger). When I use our intranet for entering items with dates and currency, it refers to month/day/year and $ (i.e USA settings) not day/month/year and £ (ie UK settings). My colleague next to me is still...
