Thanks for this help and reassurance. I wonder if a sosumi (or equivalent) style makeover would help as well. I read something about this, but could not find the sosumi website or downloads to try. Has anyone experience of replacement styles? Keith.

I just upgraded my imac to one of the lovely new ones with a flat screen - this introduced me to X (Jag). I have to admit that I am finding the transision from OS9 to X rather difficult. One of the things that puts me off is the fuzzy out of focus look to everything. If I boot with OS 9...
