Right, I've tried reformatting the drive which was set to FAT32, to HFS+, however, I keep getting a "File System Formatter Failed" message. any thoughts?

I'm trying to get an MPEG 1 at 720x576. Any ideas? I know it can be done in Cleaner, but you have to export the project from FCP and then convert it in Cleaner. Can it be done going straight from FCP to Comp?
