i want to network my g5 running osx 10.3 to my pc running windows xp. i have no idea what to buy and where to start? right now only my pc has a internet cable connection. i want to share that with my mac as well as share files and the printer which is set up to my mac. what would i need...

another question? how do i set it up so that whenever i click on a folder it opens up in a new window. i cant seem that option. also i keep getting blank text clippings on my desktop. what am i doing to cause this? happens alot when im using photoshop thx

i just bought a g5 that came with osx 10.3 panther installed. it had classic in there too. so being a newbie i messed around with things that i shouldnt have so i did a erase and install from the install/restore cd that came with the g5. but afterwards when the installation was completed there...

thx another question. in os9 u were able to add alias and folders to the apple menu. in osx how do i do that? can i add items to the "go" menu or under the apple icon? also in user accounts folder i have the "home" folder and the shortname folder? arent they the same?o i need both? i only...
