    hey thanks for the reply, it wont let me boot from cd, and i ve just took the bottom cover off to reset the pmu and still nbothing, just grey screen again. been reading some forums, is a logic board possibly the problem. ps. it will boot from the os 9 cd but not osx ??????????????????`
