...and why can't you attach HTML docs to Mail in Panther, bloody frustrating!!!

I am having a similar problem. I want to send a Promotion to several recipients in OSX Mail but I cannot attach the HTML doc or copy/paste the code. Why not? On a PC it's a breeze and Macs are better than them, so what gives. Anyone... help!!
