I just updated to 10.4.11 from 10.4.9 and everything was working fine. Then I installed some security update (the latest one) and all of a sudden most of my applications stopped working. Mostly the Apple apps and Adobe CS3, they just bounce once but don't open. I tried disk permission repair...
