Hey Ryan81, I tried creating another user with admin rights but still no luck.

In OSX 10.2.5; I am not able to drag or move items on the desktop or dock. Even if I open a Window I cannot even drag the folder or the contents of the folder. I can select it to get info and I can open but that is it. I reistalled to 10.2 but still have the same problem. There is no problem...
