I have the same problem, and it is NOT a space issue. I have 59gb free on the drive, and also, I am unable to export to my homepage, which has ten times the memory I need. What's the deal, Apple? This just doesn't work!

Here's one for the experts- I now have hundreds of albums in iPhoto, and would like to combine some in a master folder. Example: I returned from 5 months in Europe, and have albums from each city and country (21 countries, 97 cities!). I would like to drag all of those albums into ONE...
