i don't get it, i just ran "apple hardware " extended test and it passed... puzzled

ok i just did that and it seems to be stuck on a blue screen did i do it wrong?

i must be screwing it up...i guess i'll wait til i can get that program

can you tell me how to do this i was on my way to get disk warrior and broke a tie rod...needless to say i won't be getting that today...

i then ran disk utility and got errors on "verify disk" and got the message "the volume macintosh HD needs to be repaired" which sounds to me like a "bad" thing

hmmm thats odd ok i took out the ram and ran the extended scan again no errors BUT when i turn on mail/dashboard etc they still "unexpectedly close" thanks for your help...i'm lost

ok i did that twice and got an error Error Code mem_/2/5 DIMM1/J12 mem_/2/3 DIMM1/J12 <<<the second run and now same on thrid apparently some kind of memory error? suggestions?

slow boy (that's me) doesn't even know what that is or how to do that
