how do i access the emails on my local computer if i have created folders and dragging my emails to local computer? i can't seem to find it at all. help please!

how can i access my email from local computer when i created folders under " local computer " because my email box is getting full so that's why i created the folders to drag it onto my local hard drive. i can't seem to find it anywhere besides the email application itself. please help!
