:o :o I dont know if this was posted already, (im new :D ) but when i try starting up, a flashing globe pops up, then switches to a folder, then shuts off. I try holding down option, but a screen with a lock and a place for a password comes up, someone help me please! :o

the same thiung happens to me but when i hold down option, i get a screen with a lock and a place for a password! can anyone help please?
