thanx...I did that and it seemed to work a bit..I ended up reinstalling the os...and finder came back up all files there..but now the hard drive is almost full only 645mb left..there is a previous system folder which i am not sure if I can delete...most of my programs open..but itunes does...

my Mac G4 Powerbook...Upon start up finder is not responding and I cannot access any programs or utilities. I boot in safe mode still same result. I did the fsck. No results. I attempted to reset prams..still not results. I am not sure what happened but I believe it is a quicktime error or...
