I have been having trouble downloading free software updates from the mac site and also wanted to download the new version of skype but was unable so tried the telephone service mercury also unable to download. Appreciate any help. kind regards Phil

Unable to make any downloads from above 2 sites, have removed temporary the firewall and still the same situation
