Thanks for your help. I tried as you suggested, but had no luck. Apple claims it doesn't support it on Rev B. iMacs, so this is a long shot.

Does anyone know if there is a way to enable the infrared (IR) port under OS X? I have a Rev. B iMac that I use with my Palm to Hotsync via IR. Works great under OS 9, but it looks like there is no support under OS X...
