Lo all. I have about 4gbs of stuff on my iBook (images, files, DMGs, etc...) and I need to back them up to my Windows PC which has much more space, so i can format the ole iBook.
What's the best way to do this and keep all needed resources, etc.?

When I am home, I have to point my mail to 10.0.0.3 (the local PC's LAN IP), and when I'm at work, I have to change it to mail.mydomain.com.

So, the other day I partitioned and formatted my iBooks 15gb drive.
10gb OS X
8.*gb Linux EXT2
250mb swap
25mb bootstrap (yeah..couldn't make it choose 1mb...)
Anyway, boot strap didn't take. So, I can't boot to Linux.
When I boot to the Mandrake CD, it halts after...

Yes. I know that, and have it configured to do so...but, if I want to walk away and lock the screen, I can't. I have to log out or set the screensaver manualy to 5 minutes and wait to make sure it goes off.

In Linux, I click the lock.
In Win2k, ctrl-alt-del, enter, enter.
How can I lock my OS X screen when I walk away from my system? I don't want to logout and close my apps.
