No, I do not have 10.4. I do have all the disk that came with the coputer and 10.3 panther. Are you saying that the new hard drive is not compatible with this Imac?

I just installed a new 160GB ULTRA ATA/100 7200 RPM 8MB Cache 3.5 inch internal Drive. I zapped the pram and even tried to open with 0S9 disk that came with it. Still I get question mark with out a disk and it stopes with disk.

Well, I did all that and put in disk one while holding down the 'c' key. I get a mac happy face and it stopped thier.

I have this flat panel imac g4 that just will not boot up. I've done everything, the C key with the disk. The option key, the cmd-optn-shft-deleate key. I've even bought a whole new internal hard drive. I just can not get the system folder. Can any please, please help me.
