How do I keep these paragraphs and text boxes from "linking" to each other. it seems like I can't move items where I want them

How can I remove a hyperlink in Pages and then continue working on the document? Every time I remove the link and the click return it comes back up again

I'm having trouble exporting a keynote presentation to Quicktime. Would extremely appreciate any advice. the Keynote 08 Presentation is exported to Quicktime 7.5. When it's exported the new Quicktime file stutters...
