I deleted the files to the rubbish bin (trash) and then emptied it. Is there some kind of secret, hi-tech way to recover it? fyi, i'm running os 10.2.3 jaguar thanx

Today, in an unconscious attempt to backup some songs, I accidentaly deleted a folder containing some aif files. does anybody know of any possible way to recover these?!! Pleaaaaaaaaaaase help. thanks for your input ::alien::

itunes will play aif and mp3s, but i can not hear anything. i see the meters bouncing and the time lapsing, but nothing. same with my audio program, (cubase sx). itunes will also not recognize blank cd-rs to burn/back-up my data. anyone with some suggestions will be greatly appreciated...
