OK, I deleted Shockwave 10.0 r45 and still have 10.3, but videos at Toronto Globe and Mail still don't play. There's no longer the notice there that I need to install Flash; when I attempt to play a video there's a black screen with a white pinwheel which goes on and on without end. So why...

++++++++++++ Safari 5.0.4 w/Shockwave Flash 10.0 r45 and SF 10.3.d180. Videos play just fine in cnn.com using Safari or Firefox 4.

OS 10.5.8. I get the notice that I need to install Flash Player, in both Firefox and Safari, when I attempt to view a video here: http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/video/facing-japans-overwhelming-crisis/article1948174/?from=1948435.

When I go to a site that requires Adobe Flash Player, I am informed that I don't have Flash Player installed and need at least version 7(I've got v10.2). I then installed v10.3 but still get the same message. I DO have Java enabled. Any ideas/suggestions?
