    I looked into it and most, if not all FB-DIMMs look like they have heatsinks. They all pretty much need them because FB-DIMMs have an AMB which requires heavy cooling.

    You can only convert from FAT32 to NTFS and Mac OS Extended to Mac OS Extended (Journaled). Otherwise you will need to wipe the partition and format it to what you want.
