Thanks. Do I need to back up microsoft user data (entourage contacts, and all that other good stuff?) or is that stuff not affected by doing what you said? Again. thanks alot. Seth

I keep trying to open up microsoft entourage, my mail program, but it only opens for a second or two, shows the box only partially filling the screen and makes an almost entourage sound as it opens. Then it shuts off and the message appears "enourage quit.........would you like to submit a bug...
