Fixed my own problem, it seems I needed to add this user to our exchange server to relay, I never had to before...something has changed with the Mac user's.

if your saying delete the printer I set up I did that several times, but if your saying delete the laser jet 4000 printer drivers out of the list I haven't. I don't get "-" at the bottom of the list.

Printing eps and tiff files out on a hp laserjet 4000 causes the printer to print pages and pages of garbage. Everything else prints fine the osx is 10.3 and 10.4 and the 2 programs being used are quark6 and photoshop 7, the color laser printer next to it prints fine I think it's a hp laser jet...
