i tried to update my mac g5 dual processor. os 10.4.10 on restart it stays frozen on the apple logo screen and the fans start to go nuts on me. i have osx tiger. how do i re-instal the os and can i keep the exixting data on the disc? any help would be kind thanks, cris.
