I'm pulling my hair trying to figure this out I'll check the forum on Saturday to see if anyone has any insight.

When I go to the print center my printer appears does that mean I have control over it?

My emac runs on OSX I'm not sure what driver device was selected I'll go back and try to figure that out.

When I try to print it says that it's printing and it also says Generic Class waiting for device and then nothing happens. The Lexmark Z12 printer has been selected I think.

I think I may be entering this twice sorry. My Lexmark Z12 printer does not seem to work with my new emac when I try to print it says it can't locate the driver. I thought I downloaded the driver but maybe I missed a step. I'm new to the the mac world does anyone know what the problem might be...
