    I am trying to scan an image from my Canon PIXMA MX310 onto my MacBook using Image Scan. It shows the image, but the "Scan" icon is greyed-out, and I'm not able to save the image on my computer.

    Yes... When I try hitting the "Scan" button on the Canon, it just beeps at me. But when I open Image Scan, the program scans and shows a preview of the document... But then the "Scan" button at the bottom is greyed-out and there is no option to save the document to my computer.
