I had the EXACT same problem. I rotated to 90 degrees and clicked Confirm (even though it was not displaying correctly). Then I noticed it was now set to 1024 x 768 and my monitor is native at 1600 x 1200. I changed the resolution back to 1600 x 1200 and it filled the screen. System config...
