thank you guys, i called apple and they had me reinstall safari and that worked like a charm. everything is working now on all browsers.

i did a repair disk, and will try onyx, i would hope apple does not charge since the computer is brand new (less than a month) old.

ok, i am going to try to repair disk, and if that doesnt work, its time to make an appointment for the apple store....

i have done that, (many times) but websites, that use java and flash are crashing. the only way to stop this is turn of java script. but then of course they dont work.

i tried to repair disk permissions. i turned the java script off, and i can look at the sites, but it says i dont have flash installed. i tried to move the java off the internet plugins folder, reboot and then put it back, but now even with java script turned on it is saying i dont have...

tried, it, it didnt work.

ok i will try that, go you think flash is the problem since other sites with flash seem to work ok?? anyway i will try it and report back!
