Sharing my Photos and iTunes with wife's iPad

I have an iMac, where I maintain my Photos and iTunes libraries. I share these with my iPad via Dropbox (Photos) and iCloud (iTunes).

My wife has a Macbook Pro which shares Photos thru Dropbox and iTunes by sneakernet. (The latter is OK because the music rarely changes.)

Now my wife has bought an iPad Mini and I am having no success at sharing the Photos on Dropbox nor can I figure out a way to copy the iTunes library to the iPad.

Can anyone help me with this?

If you're on free Dropbox, they have instituted a maximum of 3 devices. I believe that is your Dropbox problem.

That's not it. I have a Dropbox license for five devices and we have only four. In any case, I am successfully syncing 1Password and Reunion (a genealogy app) through Dropbox to the new iPad. The only problem (so far) is with the Photos library.

A strange email from Dropbox just came in:

'Your file request "Photo of the ship and torpedo" was closed because the folder was removed from your Dropbox or you no longer have permission to edit the request folder.'

I have made no requests nor do I have any file of that name, so I have no idea what that's all about. (Oddly enough, I do have a photo of a ship being missed by a torpedo, but that's not the filename nor the title in either Photos or Reunion.)

And a further complication: I have BusyCal.app on both Macs synced through iCloud, and also synced to the Apple Calendar.app on my iPad. That's been working bug-free for a couple of years. I thought it was working with the new iPad Mini but on closer look only two of four calendars are listed on the Mini and the event display is scrambled, with some events missing and others brought in from other dates. Both iPads are running 12.13.1 with Automatic Updates selected.
