Yes the issue is most definitely with the reuse of DVD-RW/+RWs. I am using Toast Titanium v7.0.2 & performing a full/long erase. Even then I am still unable to use the media again.

Thank you for all of the advice. I ended up purchasing the Shareware program iDefreg (http://www.coriolis-systems.com/). It does what I need before I run Alsoft's DiskWarrior v3.03. I have got some other issues I can see that I will need to resolve before I proceed with the operation. :)
