the java jar file "pbscoreboard.jar" could not be launched. Check the console for possible error messages. sorry thought this was a standered thing that comes up when the java file wont open.

ok, just to say, used a dvd lens cleaner and bought some philips 2x speed dvd-rw (didnt mean to get rw's) and it worked. So prob did need a clean and can only prob use dvd's that have a max of 2x speed, just got to find some others to test now, cheers
