Yes I tryed all of that and still nothing. It's happens most of the time when a song is playing and then I plug in the cable. Yeah let me know if you get the same thing.

Sorry I have been really busy. Everything is working fine I just decided to use Enlightenment instead of gnome it looks a lot cooler and work just the same. Thanks again for all your help. -Jason

I was using icewm but I like enlightenment a lot better. It also depends on what you do. Get both of them and try it out.
