I've never used Norton for OS X, but I do have Virex (that you get for free if you register with .Mac) and that seems to work just fine. As bobw said, there really aren't any virus' for Macs but using an Anti-Virus app will help prevent you from passing infected files onto your Windows-using pals.

Yeah the sound quality I'm not too worried about, I'll just be playing these CDs in a car and in a boom box. I just don't want to have to manually find all the AAC songs, select and then convert them, THEN burn the CD, then delete the MP3 versions. Maybe I'm lazy, that seems like a hassle to me.

So iTunes apparently doesn't convert AACs to MP3s when you tell it to burn a cd in MP3 format. That's fine, I suppose I can understand the legal reasons behind this. What I need though, is an app that WILL do this. I'm not looking for something that will strip the security stuff off of my...

So I'm looking around for a little app that will allow me to resume downloads of large files. It looks to me like Speed Download 2 is the best out there, but before I spend $20 I'm wondering if anyone else has some suggestions. Basically, this will be used for downloading large files (100mb...
