    TFTP Stuff

    I am doing a NetBSD/macppc netboot and i need some help with TFTP. Ok, my problem is this: the kernel or bootloader won't transfer. I tried using the tftp command to get them and i get error 2 and it doesn't download. Can someone help me with this?

    There is one. I think u do it by making a ~700mb partition on an hd and then copy EVERYTHING (including invisiblefiles) to that partition from the cd or disk image. Then select the partition as the startup disk and reboot. From what ive heardu cant install to a UFSpartition. Hope this helps.

    I am not really sure as my old iMac Rev. D (which my iBook replaced effective today) seemed faster in os x 10.1.2. One method might be to get a PowerLogix iForce G# or G4 upgrade.

    Try zapping the PRAM by holding Command (Apple)-Option-P-R. And us Mac users have no BIOS and their is no "fast BIOS POST" option and thefirmware has NO setup program as all settings are made by software.

    Check under Date & Time in sys prefs. on the Network tab is "Use a network time server" checked, as that would explain it because it syncs on bootup.
