Ok, I figured it out. Wan't a file sharing issue, that appears to only be a problem with OS X. The problem is that the MP3s have long file names and it is causing the download manager to error when saving the file to disc. Isn't there some way to enable long file names in OS 9?

Yes "File Sharing" is enabled. I know that in OS X this particular program creates a download folder that is "read only". This causes problems when the program tries to write files to the disc. I believe there is a similar situation going on here in 9.2. I just don't know where to...
