    ls -G does not work on my machine, since there is no -G option. The older link (mentioned in your message) asks me to download a version of ls written by someone, but that person't website does not seem to have it anymore. Div

    Hi, How do I make 'ls' display colors. There is no --color option in Darwin like there is in linux. BTW I am using Mac OS X 10.2.8 with Darwin Kernel version 6.8. Thanks, Div
