i'm really hoping that the 17" powerbook uses a new rev of the g4 that does take advantage of DDR.
one thing that is interesting is that apple has chosen to use DDR333 (as opposed to 266) in the 17" powerbook. DDR333 notebook RAM is probably some othe most expensive RAM around.
