    panther ate my mac! HELP!

    I've been running OSX.1 for some time loaded onto one drive in a G4 Agp Mac while having classic OS 9.2.2 loaded on another. Just recently I upgraded to OSX.3 (panther). And now the mac won't start up . I get the happy sound and the screen activates but only opens as far as the grey screen...
