    Can't boot to install disks

    Im trying to load my OS to another drive but my 10.5.8 wont boot to the OSX install disk. Tried going through the Start Up Disk in Sys Pref still wont, just keeps restarting. When booted to main mac hd it can read the disk ok, apparently, and if I try to install from that app on the disk it goes...
